Inuka Afrika Properties (IAPL) is a legally registered limited liability company with its headoffice located in Nyali, Mombasa. IAPL core business is in real estate mainly, land and affordable housing majorly focused in the coastal Kenya and in 2019 moved to Nairobi area with properties and projects in the outskirts of Nairobi. IAPL offers a complete package of affordable real estate investment solutions, by ensuring they meet customers’ property and land ownership from sales and rentals, retail and commercial to mortgage, new development marketing, property management and title issuance. We have experts in every field to guide the investors expertly from the commencement to the end of the real estate journey to property ownership.
